- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of services provided by Ingatlan-Nagyker Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) at Caesar Residence. By making a reservation, the guest (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) agrees to the T&C, which form an integral part of the reservation and the voucher.
- Services and Prices
2.1. The prices displayed on the website and other informational materials are indicative. The prices applicable to the Guest are those confirmed in the reservation confirmation or voucher.
2.2. The prices and services listed in the voucher constitute the terms of the agreement.
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions in cases of force majeure.
- Cancellation Policy
3.1. The Guest may cancel their reservation at any time prior to arrival. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to olti.gergely@penatesinvest.hu. The time of cancellation is determined by the timestamp of the email.
3.2. For larger groups, a custom cancellation fee may be negotiated.
3.3. No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:
- Death of a family member.
- Hospitalization of the Guest or their relative.
- Severe illness.
- Military conscription.
- Natural disasters.
3.4. In the above cases, the Guest must notify the Service Provider in writing within three days of the event and provide appropriate documentation to verify the claim.
- House Rules
4.1. The following rules apply within the premises of Caesar Residence:
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- The noise level of events must not disturb the surrounding residents.
- The Guest is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.
- Data Processing
5.1. The Service Provider processes personal data provided during the reservation solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
5.2. The data processing policy is available on the Caesar Residence website.
- Dispute Resolution
6.1. The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation.
6.2. In the event of a legal dispute, Hungarian law shall apply, and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the Service Provider’s registered address.
- Final Provisions
7.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C. The amended terms will take effect upon publication.
